- You will receive information on your allotted time slot once the schedule is completed.
- Audiences hate tech time, so please trust our technicians and keep your set-up time to a minimum. Keep it simple and fill your time with as much music as possible.
- You can sell CD’s at the event. Let us know if you will be bringing any so we can help you promote sales.
- You can drive to the stage to drop off your instruments and equipment, but must move your vehicle to the parking lot before your performance. Vehicles will enter off Rocky Point Road, drive to gate leading to Village Green and get permission from flagger to enter the field. Once equipment has been dropped off, the vehicle must return the same way.
