Photos will be on display at the Cobbler Cafe in the Metchosin Community House from 11-16:30 on Metchosin Day September 8, 2024

Rosettes for Best in Show and People’s Choice + Gift baskets of local goodies
First, second, and third place ribbons awarded to each category and each age group. Youth first prize includes a $25 gift certificate.
ENTRY RULES!
- Eligibility: Photos by Metchosin Residents.
- Submission: Each contestant can enter no more than 2 photos.
- Entering Photos: Leave your photos at the Metchosin District Municipal Office – Monday to Friday 8 am to 4 pm and between 8 am and 12 noon on Friday, September 6, 2024. Entries must be submitted by noon, Friday, 6 September . Late entries will not be accepted. Set-up and hanging of photos will be done on Friday, September at the Community House.
- Presentation: Photos can be any size. Photos must be framed using wood, plastic or metal, with or without a protective glass or plastic covering. Each photo/frame must be fitted on the back with appropriate parts for hanging on a wall. If possible please put small felt wall protectors on the bottom two corners of your photo frame.
- Identification: Please print this label (or collect one at the District office when you drop off your photo) and attach it filled in to the back of your photo entry. This includes your Name, Age Group (15 and under) or (16 +), Title of Photo, Phone Number or Email, Address.
- Judging: Photos will be judged on Saturday morning, 7 September, 2024.
Please note….Limit of 2 entries per contestant. For 16 + age group each entry must be for a different category.
Please collect your photos from the Community House after 16:30 on Metchosin Day, or the following week(s) from the office where they will be stored.
